
A successful story! Inspired by the recipe of Susana Tee (Glaces & Sorbet, Parragon 2005).
Ingredients:
- a juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cups of plain yoghurt
- 100 ml of thick cream
- 30 gr (or according to your liking) of sugar
Methods:
- Mix all of the ingredients, put it in a container before puting it in the freezer.
- Take it out after one or two hours, and blend it again.
- Put it in the freezer again (for 3 hours).
