Yoghurt Lemon Ice Cream


A successful story! Inspired by the recipe of Susana Tee (Glaces & Sorbet, Parragon 2005).

Ingredients:
  • a juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups of plain yoghurt
  • 100 ml of thick cream
  • 30 gr (or according to your liking) of sugar

Methods:
  1. Mix all of the ingredients, put it in a container before puting it in the freezer.
  2. Take it out after one or two hours, and blend it again.
  3. Put it in the freezer again (for 3 hours).
