Stewed Hijiki Seaweed with Carrot


Just like Maki, i am in love with Jujiya. I often visit the small bento restaurant in Paris whenever i crave for jap food. It is cheap, and i think it is quite original and hommie compared to the other japanese restaurant in the neighbourhood. Thanks to her recipe, i finally know how to make it and know the name of this fav. dish!! hehe.

Bahasa Indonesia:

  • 3 atau 4 mangkok dari rumput laut Hijiki
  • 1 wortel
  • 1 tahu 
  • 1 sdm minyak wijen
  • 2 cup dashi kaldu
  • 3 tbs kecap asin jepang
  • 2 sdm mirin
  • 1 sdm gula 



Cara:

  1. Rendam Hijiki di dalam air agar mengembang. Tiriskan dengan baik.
  2. Rebus tahu. Potong-potong (saya potong kecil-kecil)
  3. kupas wortel dan potong (bisa potong julienne, atau iris tipis saja)
  4. Dalam panci yang tebal bagian bawahnya, panaskan minyak wijen, oseng rumput laut, tahu dan wortel.
  5. Hidangkan.
